I'm trying not to get too attached to the outcome in case I don't win the gig. But getting the job would mean teaching truly motivated students in my field, AND being able to stay in the UK with Darcy. It's tricky to navigate something like that.
I could be all yogic about this and make some profound comment about non-attachment. But frankly, I'm a little too wound up for that, so [insert your choice of profound comment here].
